Start by choosing a service and describing the project. We review the brief, materials, desired formats, deadline, and any references before confirming scope. Production then moves through asset intake, creation, draft review, agreed revisions, approval, and final delivery.

The live total is an estimate based on the options selected. We confirm feasibility, source-material quality, production scope, deliverables, timing, and any third-party costs before treating it as the final project commitment. Complex and enterprise work is quoted after review.

Creators, individuals, and standard business projects may be eligible for full online checkout. Larger, recurring, or enterprise projects use Request Quote or a project consultation so scope, workflow, security needs, and payment milestones can be agreed before production.

Not yet through the standard in-app upload. The current upload path is limited to supporting files up to 25 MB and is not presented as a GB-scale video transfer service. Direct signed upload to Cloudflare R2 or another S3-compatible object store is planned; until it is implemented and verified, use an access-controlled share link agreed with the production team.

You can bring finished or raw footage, photos, audio, a script, brand assets, reference URLs, or simply an idea. The quote will identify what Samedi Technology is producing and what you are responsible for supplying, including any required permissions.

The accepted order or quote states the included review and revision allowance. Feedback should be consolidated and, where useful, tied to timestamps. New deliverables, direction changes, or work beyond the agreed allowance may change the price and delivery date.

No. Any project explicitly labeled Concept is an illustrative portfolio piece created to demonstrate creative direction, format, or workflow. It is not presented as a commissioned client engagement, endorsement, or evidence of a commercial relationship.

Displayed turnaround ranges are planning estimates. Timing is confirmed after the brief, usable source materials, approvals, and any required payment are in place. Delayed assets or feedback, scope changes, and third-party dependencies can move the delivery date.
