Before work starts
If production has not started and no third-party costs have been incurred, we may cancel the order and refund the payment, less any non-refundable processing costs charged by payment providers where applicable.
After work starts
Once discovery, scripting, planning, editing, motion design, voiceover coordination, asset sourcing, versioning, or other production work has started, refund requests are reviewed case by case. Completed milestones, custom or urgent work, and committed third-party costs may be non-refundable.
If a project is cancelled partway through, the review may account for work completed, time reserved, materials created, licenses purchased, and costs that cannot be recovered.
Creative review and revisions
A preference change after work follows an approved brief is not automatically a basis for a full refund. The included revision allowance is defined by the accepted scope. Direction changes, replacement materials, or revisions beyond that allowance may require a new quote.
If you believe a deliverable does not match the accepted scope, contact us promptly with specific notes so the project record and available remedy can be reviewed.
Custom, enterprise, and recurring work
A custom quote or written agreement may define deposits, milestone payments, cancellation charges, notice periods, and non-refundable commitments for that project. Those project-specific terms apply where they differ from this general policy.
If recurring services are offered, cancellation applies to future billing periods and does not automatically refund past completed or in-progress work unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
How to request a review
Use the contact page and include the project or order number, the requested cancellation date, and a brief reason. A request is not complete until its status and any applicable refund or remaining balance have been confirmed.
