These terms describe how customers engage Samedi Technology for data cleaning, conversion, reporting, automation, and related delivery services.

Scope and approval

Work begins after the customer submits the required materials, accepts the quoted scope, and completes any required payment or written approval. Scope changes may require a revised quote and timeline.

Customer materials

Customers are responsible for providing accurate files, instructions, access, and permissions needed to complete the work. Project materials are handled for service delivery and related support.

Payment and delivery

Fees, payment timing, deliverables, and revisions are based on the accepted quote or order. Online payment does not create an unlimited support or revision obligation unless stated in writing.
