Work begins after the customer provides the required brief and materials, accepts the quoted or configured scope, and completes any required payment or written approval. The accepted order, quote, or written agreement identifies the deliverables, timing, included revisions, and payment terms.

Requests that add deliverables, formats, production work, source material, creative direction, or urgency may require a revised quote and timeline before the additional work begins.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate briefs, usable materials, access, feedback, and approvals on time. Customers must have the rights and permissions needed for footage, images, audio, logos, trademarks, scripts, likenesses, locations, and other materials they supply or instruct Samedi Technology to use.

Project materials are handled for production, delivery, support, and related records. Confidentiality or special handling requirements must be agreed before sensitive materials are shared.

Configurator totals and “from” prices are estimates based on selected options. A project may require review before scope and price are final, particularly when source materials, production complexity, third-party costs, volume, or enterprise requirements are not yet known.

Fees, deposits, payment milestones, taxes where applicable, and payment timing follow the accepted order or quote. Online payment does not create an unlimited support, revision, or deliverable obligation unless stated in writing.

Drafts are provided for review according to the accepted scope. Customers should provide clear, consolidated feedback and obtain internal stakeholder approval before submitting revision notes. Timestamped comments may be used when they make feedback easier to apply.

Revision rounds apply to the agreed creative direction and deliverables. Direction changes, replacement materials, additional versions, or feedback beyond the included allowance may be quoted separately. Written approval of a draft or final version allows the project to move to the next stage.

Delivery formats and any transfer of ownership or usage rights are defined by the accepted project terms. Customers retain their rights in customer-supplied materials. Stock media, music, fonts, software, or other third-party materials remain subject to their applicable licenses and cannot be transferred beyond those terms.

Delivery ranges are estimates until the project scope, usable assets, approvals, and required payment are in place. Late materials or feedback, scope changes, technical issues in supplied files, and third-party dependencies may affect timing. Customers should download final deliverables within the agreed availability period.
