We may receive account and contact details, project briefs, messages, order and transaction records, support requests, and technical information generated when you use the website.

Video project materials may include footage, images, audio, scripts, logos, brand guides, reference links, comments, approvals, and final deliverables. Please share only what is relevant to the agreed project.

Information and project materials are used to review enquiries, prepare estimates and quotes, deliver the requested production services, manage accounts and payments, communicate about projects, provide support, and keep business or legal records where required.

Samedi Technology does not sell customer data.

Service providers may support functions such as authentication, hosting, payments, email, production tooling, and file storage. They may process relevant information for those functions under their own terms and privacy practices. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights and website security.

If you provide a Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or other external share URL, you control that provider's permissions. Use access controls appropriate for the material and remove access when it is no longer needed.

Account, transaction, support, and production records may be retained for delivery, support, billing, dispute resolution, and legal recordkeeping. File retention and deletion needs can vary by project and should be agreed during scoping when they are important.

Do not submit regulated or highly sensitive information until confidentiality, access, transfer, retention, and deletion requirements have been reviewed and confirmed in writing.
